The location was perfect, with easy access to Flinders Street train station, Bourke Street Mall, and all the attractions in the city. The tram stop right at the front door made getting around hassle-free. The staff were really good, going above and beyond to assist us. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. We especially appreciated the spacious rooms, with an extra room set up as a office, and the lovely view from our room. the hotel provided secure accommodation, ensuring a worry-free stay.

The apartment was not properly cleaned, especially the kitchen area. The apartment seemed outdated and in need of refurbishment.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was situated in the heart of the city, right opposite the tram stop, making it incredibly convenient to catch the free trams around town. Being in the retail centre, there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, providing a great variety of dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. I also enjoyed the view of the city from my room.

I did experience some noise from the nearby lane way, which could be a bit bothersome at times.

This hotel is a great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, with a tram stop immediately outside the property, is perfect for exploring the city. I especially loved the rooms upgraded to a 2 bedrooms with a kitchenette, offering everything you could need. The separate living area was a bonus, making it feel like a home away from home. Additionally, the breakfast served here is top-notch.

Great CBD location, self-catering kitchen, and friendly staff. Clean room, as described and pictured. Walking distance to everything. Allowed late check-out and storage of bags. Perfectly quiet despite city location.

The full-size refrigerator was a nice touch, although it would have been even better if it was already cold when we arrived. The only downside was the noise from the AC air inlet, which kept waking us up at night. Hopefully, they can fix this issue. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
